I'm a recent patient at Greenbrier Dental and am amazed at the difference in the quality of care and attention to detail compared to my former experience. I love that they have their own insurance program. My former dentist would not accept my policy and wanted me to pay out of pocket beyond the cost of the nationwide policy I had had for years.

My personal experience with Greenbrier Dental is always amazing. The location is centrally located near me and is a well-maintained facility both outside and inside. Once you come through the doors you are immediately greeted by a friendly staff, full of smiling faces. Once processed in, you often don't get to sit for too long, before your name is called (Ok, how do they do they do that? Ok other Dental facilities you have been put on notice!!! lol). In addition to the facility, the tools they work with are some of the best in the business. This facility is huge!!!, you almost need a string to ensure you can find your way back out to the lobby - Don't worry a friendly staff member can show you the way! Their Appointments, Call Backs, Reminders, and Re-scheduling texts and e-mail system is top notch. Their prices for work needed are comparable to others in the business but when you add the forementioned to the mix, why go anywhere else :) Now don't take my word for it, try it for yourself, bc I'm sure you'll be joining the Greenbrier Dental family too!!.

Dr. Balino is always friendly and upbeat. She takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and understand everything she is telling you. Kayla is usually my hygienist and she's also very friendly and efficient. Every interaction I've had with assistants and the front office staff has been pleasant and everyone is always helpful.

This is my first dental visit in the area since moving here and I am so happy I chose Greenbrier Dental Center. They were kind, timely and professional. The staff definitely made me feel better and my concerns were definitely heard. Dr. Rice was efficient had wonderful bedside manner. Having a TV play while you get your teeth cleaned definitely eases the "tension.," wonderful touch. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I called in as a new patient and surprisingly they were able to get me in the next day. From helping me over the phone, to front desk staff, Heather taking my x-rays, hygienist Helene, to Dr. Balino - everyone was awesome! Excellent customer service! Communication was great throughout! I look forward to future visits!
